PerfectLogic Corporation is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The personal information collected on our website, or through other communications between you and PerfectLogic is not sold, traded, or rented, or otherwise provided to third parties. We use the information collected only to process orders and to notify OmniLexer users of maintenance updates and of new product releases.

What Information is collected?

PerfectLogic uses secure forms to collect only that information required by financial institutions to process payments. Information needed includes the customer’s name, electronic mail address, and credit card details. Electronic mail addresses are required so that registration keys and purchase confirmations can be communicated to our customers.

How is information used?

The information collected by PerfectLogic is limited to that needed to confirm on-line payments. Information relating to the financial transaction is sent to the financial institution responsible for payments to the merchant, via the transmission and security protocol set and certified by these financial institutions.

How is information protected?

Orders are placed using a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information our customers provide before it is sent to us. The customer data that we collect is not accessible to others.

Will personal information be disclosed to third parties?

PerfectLogic does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be released to comply with law, or to enforce the terms of our user licensing agreement.
